London Syon Park is the Waldorf Astoria's latest country hotel in the 200-acre Syon House estate. Barely 7 miles from the City, it is a new contemporary building on the very traditional Syon House estate in Isleworth.

The Capability restaurant, named after the famous 18th century landscape designer whose legacy presides over the beautiful Syon Park estate, is the hotel's main dining room. Expect interesting and intricate English dishes from Executive Chef Lee Streeton, formerly of Brown's Hotel, where many ingredients and herbs are sourced from the estate.
