RICHARD CORRIGAN WELCOMES SPECIAL GUEST CHEF ATUL KOCHHAR FOR A UNIQUE NEW YEAR DEMONSTRATION

Richard Corrigan has crafted a special menu using the best of British produce and adding just a little bit of spice. Featuring three dishes from Atul Kochhar (from Michelin starred Benares), and including dishes like roast diver scallops with spiced chickpeas, cornish crab with black cardamom, rosewater and orange.

On Tuesday 10th January, Corrigan's will host a cookery demonstration with Atul Kochhar and Richard Corrigan will of course also be on hand to meet guests and available to sign books on the day.

After the 10th Green Saffron, the award winning spice business based in Ireland, will take the reins, hosting demos on the 16th & 17th January. This will be accompanied by a selection of spice inspired cocktails such as the Vodka laced Mumbai Mule or the Spiced Bombay.

The tasting plates can be enjoyed as 3 dishes for £25 or up to 9 dishes for £55 to share with friends and try a little bit of everything! Available from the 10th to the 21st January at the bar.
