The intimate dinner will be hosted in the beautiful Lindsay Private DIning Room with guests seated around one large oval table headed by the host. Guests will be welcomed into the room for a Champagne reception and canapés, followed by an exquisite four course menu showcasing a range of Richard Corrigan's signature seasonal dishes and matched with wines. This dinner will be hosted by Douglas Wren from Les Caves Pyrenes, independent wine connoisseurs and enthusiasts specialising in organic and biodynamic wines.
Natural, Biodynamic wines are something of a hot topic in the industry at the moment, with many makers now focusing on expressing their terroir through the flavours of their wines. Douglas will introduce the wines with each course to you to explain the food matching characteristics.
