Coworth Park Hotel holds the ultimate pedigree as part of the world's foremost five star hotel groups - the Dorchester Collection. The luxurious hotel, spa and equestrian estate opened in August 2010 following an undisclosed sum being lavished upon the 240-acre former Georgian country house and polo club. The eponymous John Campbell Restaurant is set in The Mansion House. His impressive two Michelin star background is clearly evident. The restaurant delivers a superb combination of the hugely talented serving staff and kitchen brigade, exquisite modern and complex cuisine and a glamorous yet comfortable destination, complimented by an ornate gold leaf monorail ceiling fixture. The restaurant itself is divided into 3 areas and seats 38. We think it is highly worthy of Michelin endorsement expected to be awarded in next year's announcement. |
