Introducing 'Adam Simmonds at Danesfield House' Danesfield House Hotel are delighted to announce that the fine dining restaurant, formerly known as The Oak Room, has been renamed Adam Simmonds at Danesfield House. This exciting news coincides with Adam taking over as Executive Head Chef allowing his expertise to be enjoyed throughout Danesfield House Hotel and Spa. Adam, who was tipped by 'The Good Food Guide' in January 2010 as one of the top 10 Chef's to watch for the next decade, will now be overseeing all aspects of dining at Danesfield House Hotel. Please note that Adam Simmonds, at Danesfield House Hotel will be closed for weekday lunch throughout February. Members are invited to take advantage of their exclusive complimentary dining benefit for the following meal periods: Lunch - Saturday
