This exclusive offer is for you to enjoy full access to the facilities when booking and paying for a one hour treatment per person from our new spa menu. At Fredrick's we have taken care to select the best therapists and to use the highly respected brands of Thalgo and Aromatherapy Associates to ensure your ultimate relaxation and wellbeing. Please find attached the treatment menu for your selection and a member of our Spa team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your choice of therapies or please feel free to call The Spa direct on 01628 581227. There are some treatments and facilities that may carry contra-indications to some health issues which may prevent you from experiencing your full day, the scheduler can advise upon booking and will recommend alternatives if required. Our aim is for you to enjoy the whole spa environment with our elevated levels of service and we hope it may inspire you to choose our spa. Pam Voas Spa Scheduling Executive Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your spa day we request 48 hours notice prior to your arrival at the spa. Failure to cancel your booking within 48 hours results in a cancellation charge. Please also note food and beverage is not included in your VIP Spa Day.
