Terms & Conditions

In order to become a member of The Hempel Loyalty Club you need to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

• Your company must have contracted rates and a signed agreement directly with The Hempel
• All complimentary stays are strictly subject to availability of The Hempel
• Rewards can not be exchanged for the monetary value
• All rewards are non transferable and will only be issued directly to the main booker that has earned the points using their unique reference code.
• The Hempel will not back date and points earned prior to joining the programme and will start from the day we send you your unique reference number.
• For long stays on individual bookings (a minimum of 7 consecutive room nights) a maximum of 10 points can be earned at one time per reservations, regardless of the amount of room nights.
• For group bookings (7 rooms or more) a maximum of 3 points per room can be earned at one time.
• Points are accumulated by individual bookers and can not be combined with bookings made by your fellow colleagues.
