Arrive Friday afternoon and relax in the Drawing Room or Great Hall with afternoon tea. In the evening there will be an informal three-course French countryside menu served with wines included.

Saturday morning, after breakfast watch a cookery demonstration given by Albert Roux at 11am followed by lunch sampling delights of the demonstration with wines included.

Saturday evening will see a formal five course gala dinner with wines included. Beforehand Michel Roux Jnr and a representative from the vineyard will go through the menu and wines chosen.

Sunday morning, full Scottish breakfast before departure.

Prices start from £1,250 per room, based on 2 people sharing and inclusive of the above.
