After the successful week last year, South Lodge Hotel are hosting another week of rising star Chefs, offering young and talented professionals the opportunity to cook in an entirely different environment showcasing their particular style and to perform at the top of their game.
Each night, The Pass welcomes a different young talented chef through its doors showcasing their talent by preparing a creative six-course menu designed to awaken your taste buds.

Tuesday 28th September - Richard Allen, Tassili, Grand Hotel Jersey
Richard Allen joined Tassili, at the Grand Hotel in Jersey as Head Chef in 2008. Before taking this position he worked at the 2 Michelin star restaurant Le Gavroche in London.
Wednesday 29th September - Ben Goldsmith, The Talbot Inn, West Sussex
Ben Goldsmith is a local Sussex lad who worked at Whites Restaurant in Steyning. Ben was named 'Young Chef of the Year' in the Sussex Food & Drink Awards 2008/2009.
Thursday 30th September - Russell Bateman, Colettes, The Grove, Herts
Russell Bateman is the head chef at Colettes Restaurant at Chandlers Cross, where he was awarded 3 AA rosettes. Formerly, Russell was Head Chef at Feathers Hotel in Oxford, where he developed his own style.
